Abstract:Rongbagou on the right bank tributary of the Dadu River, located in Sichuan Danba county south of hydropower development tributaries select two developers select the poles of development in the main stream planning velvet dam ditch the implementation of four developers, the development of power plants were Chuan main temple power station Sunjiagou plant Jomda, power plants, the grid were power station. Since the opening of the hydropower station will lead to different degrees of damage to the surrounding ecological environment, its ecological impact assessment is a major engineering feasibility evaluation.Rongbagou hydropower project requires the construction of temporary buildings, such as roads, slag heap field, yard, construction sites and other permanent structures. Therefore, the impact of the construction project is regional. First regional ecosystem will impact its manifestations vegetation, soil and land use pattern, thereby affecting the ecological integrity of the regional natural ecosystem;Secondly, the project will result in soil erosion;vegetation the inundation will make wild loss of animals and plants and their habitats. This study, a detailed investigation and understanding of the ecological and environmental conditions of the velvet Dam Catchment, the environmental quality of the ecological environment functions as well as future trends;forecast velvet dam watershed of Hydropower Planning and regional terrestrial ecosystems, aquatic ecosystem ecosystems, soil erosion situation biodiversity impact and the overall trend demonstrated the feasibility of the velvet dam ditch hydropower planning from an mentalimpact perspective, and to provide a scientific basis for the planning program and the next step of the optimization of the engineering program feasibility studies, mental management, and project decisions;Develop technically feasible, economically reasonable environmental impact relief measures for planning the adverse impact on the envlronment, and give full play to the economic and social benefits of hydropower planning, and to promote the region’s economic, environmentally benign development;analysis planning environmental impact on the ecological and environmental on the basis of quality impact, take measures to minimize the adverse impact of construction projects to make the next step, give full play to the favorable impact of hydropower planning.
