The W-section composite box beam with the corrougated webs is a new type of mechanicalstructure.It is composed by the Aluminium alloy sandwish plate,the composite CorrougatedWebs and the tensile composite component.It makes full use of a variety of materals andstructural forms with good mechanical performance.It has many kinds of advantages with lighthigh strength,good designed,torsional performance.It has important value in the application ofmilitary bridge.By referencing the existing research results,this paper systematically studies thebending performace of the W-section composite box beam with the corrougated webs in variousload conditions.The main content and innovative works in this paper are follows:(1)By reading lots of literatures,research and application situation about the compositemilitary bridge are introduced.The study and the application of Aluminium alloy sandwishplate,Corrougated Webs and composite box beam are sunmmed up.(2)Through the methed of theoretical analysis,the formula on the neutral axis position ofthe W-section composite box beam with the Corrougated Webs is developed.Using theMSC.Nastran finite software,the value and distribution about the longitudinal normal stress ofbox beam section are get and analyzed.(3)The strength calculation results of box girder elements under different failure criteriaare analyzed.Using the selected critera,the first destroyed section position of box girder underpure bending loads is found.The value of the failure moment is obtained.(4)The difference of the longitudinal normal stress on the box beam component underdifferent load foms is analyzed.The longitudinal normal stress difference coefficient iscalculated.The strength results of box beam member under different load forms arecompared.The difference coefficient about the strength results is determined.The strength ofthe whole box beam component is analyzed.
