With the in-depth development and regional expansion of marine, the rationalutilization of marine resource becomes more effective. Thinks to the good dredgeperformance of trailing suction hopper dredger, it has been widely favored in the dredgingindustry. When railing suction hopper dredgers operating in the marine dredging, because ofeffected by wind, waves and currents, reverse thrust of bow-spraying, sea-bed friction on thedraghead and other factors, The control accuracy and stability of the dredger dynamicpositioning system will be directly affected.This paper relies on the China Transportation Dredging Key Laboratory project, thestudy object is a large trailing suction hopper dredger, this paper is based on the dredgerdynamic positioning factors, including wind, waves and currents, rake head friction, reversethrust of bow-spraying, as the research object. The paper has certain engineering applicationvalues, the specific contributions are as follows:According the environmental interference characteristics of wind, wave and currents, amathematical model was created, and by collecting data on a real ship simulation study wascarried out, the characteristics of the environmental interference factors was analyzed. Aswell as for problem in the draghead friction and reverse thrust of bow-spraying, modelparameters were provided.Due to friction coefficient for the dredger draghead and sea bed, as well asenvironmental perturbations factors in non-static environment and other multi-behavioralfactors of the mechanical movement effecting the harrow straw system, through thethree-dimensional state space to create a mathematical model of the rake straw forcestructure, model calculations of the rake head shear force and wave compensator in thedredging process was analyzed. Meanwhile, a the rake head positioning ability of the systemmodel was proposed in this paper, applying the least squares processing the data calculatedfrom the friction coefficient mathematical model, an analysis platform was provided fordetermining the draghead’s actual working conditions and the seabed friction coefficient onthe rake head in dredging process.As for the thrust reverser force problem of sentinel bow-spraying, the paper mainlyexport to the centrifugal pump to the bow-spraying gate valve between the pipelinecharacteristics as the object of study, the article focuses especially on the characteristics of a centrifugal pump, the resistance of bow-spraying water mixture, single-pump and dualpump series features, the main thrust of the propeller computing, etc. The article discussesthe head of the bow-spraying of mud and water mixture velocity magnitude andcharacteristics of the prime mover, the thrust reverser mathematical model, simulationresults verify the feasibility of the thrust reverser model. Studies have shown that the size ofthe thrust reverser of the trailing suction hopper dredger bow can be better calculated by theestablished thrust reverser of spray-spray mathematical model, and the bow-sprayingpositioning was effectively controlled.
