The requirement for fire extinguishing system is more and more, with the development of scienceand technology. This article proposed a high pressure water mist spray fire extinguishing system based onvisual sensor in order to improve the weaknesses of the traditional fire extinguishing system.The visual sensor in this paper mainly consists of image sensor and fire recognition algorithm. Q24network camera used in this article is a360-degree panoramic camera which can be implemented on aspecific space to monitor without blind angle, but the images generated by the Q24were out of shapeseriously. According to the image-forming principle,"fisheye" image has converted into planeperspective projection image which conforms to the human eye visual habit using parabolic perspectiveprojection model.When using the motion detection algorithm of frame difference to take the absolute value, a part ofthe image information was covered in the former research. The innovation of this article is to dig out thecovered information. The intersect features of flame flash point were discovered by comparing the flameframe differential figure to the pedestrian frame figure which could weaken the moving units’ disturbancein the flame detection effectively. According to the phenomenon that most flame flash point converge onthe edge of the flame, the polymerization feature of flame flash point was discovered, in order to furthereliminate disturb flash point the improved k-means algorithm was used. So the flame segmentation hasbeen accomplished.In order to further improve the accuracy of flame recognition, by using machine learning functionsof OpenCV combined with the flame segmentation process parameters and the basic parameters of theflame outline, this article trained the decision tree, the random forest and the boosting classifiers, theboosting classifier was best for the data clustering result in this article by compare.Finally, experimental devices have been set up with the existing laboratory equipment to test andmeasure the flow distribution and the fire extinguishing time of the FB sprinkler head which was madeby SanAn company, in order to provide basic data for actual installation of the FB sprinkler head andestablishment of fire suppression system. |
