| As a new design method, collaborative simulation receives widespread attention of manyscholars by using advanced design concepts. This paper focuses on studying the interface basedcollaborative simulation technology. In order to solve the problems of data exchange andinformation sharing among of ADAMS, ANSYS and Pro/E, the interface technology is analyzedamong them. Then, the relationship between hammer crusher installed power and moment ofinertia is given after the virtual analysis for hammer crusher by co-simulation technology. Themain contents are as follows:1. Obj file is selected as a data exchange method between Pro/E and ADAMS after detailedanalysis of neutral file and Mechanical/Pro, which can solve various problems existing inprevious transfer modes.2. After a detailed analysis between Pro/E and ANSYS, ANSYS and ADAMS, the concretedata exchange method is determined.3. Four hammer models are studied while in no-load starting power and actual conditionsincluding PCM160, PCM250, PCM400and PCM525. The relationship is then decided amongthe through capacity, the motor moment of inertia and the motor power.4. A simulation platform is established between ADAMS and ANSYS. Force nephogram isobtained after studying rigid-flexible coupling of hammer crusher spindle. |
