Abstract/Summary:
In the electrical transmission system, it has the need for closed-loop control of the motor speed to achieve high-performance AC speed control, which need to install speed sensor in the motor shaft for speed detection for feedback, however, the speed sensor installed will give AC drive system withto many adverse effects. In order to validated the the speed sensorelss vector control system, this thesis focus on the speed estimation and the off-line identification of the induction motor parameters, and the simulation and analysis based on Saber platform, and finally validated in the physical platform by experiment and analysis. This thesis describes the theory of the rotor field oriented vector control system, on the basis of the dynamic mathematical model of the induction motor, and then validated the vector control based on the model of mixed flux by experiment and analysis. In this thesis,it shows a in-depth research and analysis of off-line identification of the induction motor parameters, and explore the off-line identification of a rotor time constant Tr by Saber simulation and physical experiments, and eventually raised an optimized direct calculation method based on the anti-gamma equivalent circuit to achieve the motor parameters static self-identification.All the method of the parameters above has been validated by the simulation and physical experiments. This thesis built up the physical experiment platform of speed sensorelss vector control system with the Fujitsu MCU based on the ARM Cortex-M3as the core control chip, and design a low-level driver control procedures, to verify the speed sensorelss vector control system of the induction motor, the results proved the correctness and effectiveness of the control strategy.
