In the current energy situation tense environment, in order to improve the efficiencyof energy utilization, especially the combustion energy utilization rate, more effectivemethod is the use of regenerative combustion technology: low temperature waste heatrecovery of flue gas. Whileignitorsas a key component in the regenerative burner, its effectis able to guarantee the reliability of the ignition when reversing combustion. the stabilityof the flame of the ignitorsin the pressure fluctuation andsmoke environment has a greatinfluence for the heat storage reliability of the reversing combustion.Ignitors as a smaller components, there has been no specific studies on this subject.xxxBut the flame analysis and optimization of some basic means and other aspects are thesame,we can put the burning torch as a small burner, using numerical simulation andexperimental method for optimum design.Combustion numerical simulation method and flame stability is being firstlyanalyzed in this article. The technical route in this paper is using the method of combiningthe numerical simulation and experiment and optimization design and flame stabilityanalysis on the ignitors. Detailed simulation and experiments the main contents are asfollows:(1) Introduce the numerical simulation methods and some flame stable-combustiontechnology, about some flow model, the numerical simulation of gas combustion model,radiation model such as model selection; About return the application in firestable-combustion;(2) First build test-bed for different structure stabilize flame cover the burning torchignition experiment, experiments of control condition is different from and air excesscoefficient, different stabilize flame hood length and stabilize flame shield diameter.Testing condition, there are about96kinds, to test and record the working condition of thestructure is convenient for analysis and comparison.(3)Firstly, do the numerical simulation of the burning torch For different structurestabilize flame cover, then compare the different condition, including the diameter, lengthof the tube cover, a total of9condition contrast. Then select a structure stabilize flamecover to do the comparison of different excess air coefficient. (4) Comparing the results of test results and numerical simulation analysis, the onlyvariable method is used for analysis. Comparing the change of single condition changes ofthe flame, choose the working condition of better flame characteristics and stability andapply advice for the optimization of firing gun.
