Customer is the source of corporate profits. Promoting customer satisfaction haspositive effects on performance of corporation. Besides, customer satisfaction indexprovides decision information for investors, governments and customers. The structuralreform of power network corporation changes its theory of business from managingcustomer to serving customer, which makes it more important for corporation to evaluatingcustomer satisfaction. The construction of smart grid changes the relationship betweenpower grid and customer, thus, customer satisfaction evaluation system of traditional grid isnot apply to smart grid. This thesis build a customer satisfaction evaluation system appliedto smart grid based on the traditional power grid customer satisfaction evaluation system,and proposed an comprehensive decision making method for distribution power gridplanning according to customer satisfaction index.Firstly, the international authoritative customer satisfaction index is introduced in thispaper, and the customer satisfaction index used in traditional power grid is analyzed. Theinfluences of smart grid construction to customer satisfaction index are discussed.Moreover, a customer satisfaction evaluation system applied to smart grid is built in thisthesis.Secondly, the relationship between the technology of distribution power system andcustomer satisfaction is discussed in terms of the index power quality, power acceptedservice and information service. Responding to the three indexes, The measures to improvepower quality so as to satisfy customer in respect of power network structure and devicesstandard is discussed. In order to improve the electric power accepted service, the changesof reliability, voltage stability, relaying state and transmission losses when distributiongeneration access to power grid are given, and the methods to achieve expectedperformance of DG are analyzed. As to the information service, the technical proposals ofadvanced metering infrastructure, communication system and information system aredesigned.Finally, this paper researched comprehensive decision making method for distributionpower system planning. The decision making process is as follows: first, establish attribute valued decision table and judgment matrix, and calculate the customer satisfaction index ofevery project. Then, get the best project portfolio owning highest comprehensive benefitwithin the financial Constraints by applying0-1planning method. The solution procedureof this method is demonstrated by the10projects decisions of a city of Henan province.
