The parabolic trough solar concentrating technology is a kind of clean energytechnologies which is used more and more in recent years, China has abundant solar energyresources, solar concentrating technology has good prospects for development trough solarcollector system in China. Not only used in generating electricity, the parabolic trough solarconcentrating system also can be used for large-scale application in the industrial field.Taking into account that we have no mature commercial trough solar concentrating system,this dissertation research solar collector system design and application, the main content isas follows:By introducing the basic concepts and parameters of the solar radiation, thedissertation established a computational model of direct solar radiation and carried out it bySimulink tools in Matlab software; compared the measured results and the results showedthat maximum relative error of model does not exceed10%, and prove that the model has acertain precision, can be used for the estimation of the direct solar radiation; established acomputational model of trough solar collector optical efficiency and used Simulink to buildtrough solar collector optics efficiency calculation model, by comparing with the actualLS-2, LS-3type trough solar collectors, proven trough solar collector optical efficiencycalculation model relative error of less than5%.The dissertation analyzed heat transfer process of trough solar collector vacuumtube,established a vacuum tube collector heat loss calculation method and achieved it bySimulink tools with iterative algorithm, and LS-2experimental results showed that themaximum relative error does not exceed6%, proving vacuum tube heat loss model can beused to prove that this model has a certain accuracy; found the collection efficiency of thecollector field and the solar collector field layout design method, and use Simulinkestablished a model.The dissertation introduced Steam load conditions of an oilfield;designed trough solaroilfield steam production system programs and calculated the layout of the collector fieldunder different steam parameters; compared steam parameters of different programs withcollector field area,found collector field area trends is basically same with steam parameters change, but the impact of the collector field layout make the overall trendappears certain fluctuations; analyzed the same steam parameters under different outlettemperature,the best collector field outlet temperature obtained when the outlettemperature of the collector field closest to the steam temperature; analyzed of the monthlyaverage evaporation of the different programs and found using thermal storage caneffectively improve the production of steam volatility, maintaining the stability of steamproduction; analyzed the impact of the different regenerative duration of steam production,5h regenerative length can make full use of both energy and steam production steady.The dissertation introduced the basic principles of the trough solar collectorsexperimental system and the set of experimental parameters; Elaborate the experimentalsystem trough solar collectors, piping hot system and data acquisition monitoring systemand built trough solar collector experimental system which can be used to run trough solarcollector thermal performance and trough collector experimental study.
