As an essential material in civil engineering, concrete is always toward the high-strength,lightweight, green and high performance direction. High-strength lightweight concrete(High-Strength Lightweight Concrete, HSLC) is concrete prepared by the use of lightweightaggregate (such as pumice, tuff), Industrial waste lightweight aggregate (such as industrialwaste slag, fly ash haydite, spontaneous combustion of coal gangue), artificial lightweightaggregate (shale, clay, expanded perlite) instead of coarse aggregate. Because of ceramsite isartificial lightweight aggregate, the quality is stable and reliable, so the current widely usedlightweight aggregate is high strength ceramsite. High-strength lightweight concrete has thecharacteristics of structural material and functional material, has the advantages of highstrength and light weight, good thermal insulation, significant energy-saving effect,anti-cracking effect, high durability, high fire resistance, low comprehensive cost, greenbuilding materials is a good development prospect. It is the important theory significance andpractical value to carry out performance of high-strength lightweight concrete. In reference to foreign of high-strength lightweight concrete and preparation ofexperience, basic research results as reference for high performance concrete on ordinaryaggregate, using high-strength lightweight aggregate, through the incorporation of activemineral admixture (fly ash) and superplasticizer admixture compound technology, using "theabsolute volume method" with high-strength lightweight the concrete design, preparation ofhigh-strength lightweight concrete, and the physical and mechanical properties of lightweightaggregate and lightweight concrete is discussed. This paper studied the influence of aggregate strength, water cement ratio, fly ashadmixture on performance of concrete material, and preparation of LC40high-strengthlightweight concrete through the system test based on aggregate research. Analysis thecompressive strength of lightweight aggregate concrete prisms, axial splitting tensile strength, flexural strength and flexural relationship between elastic modulus and compressive strengthand the regression formula is establishedTo study the effects of mortar strength of high-strength lightweight performance bondanchorage concrete and deformed bar. Analysis of the position function characteristic slip value and the bond slip of high-strength lightweight concrete and deformed bar, bond sliprelation formulas and Ï„-s constitutive relation model.
