In accordance with the design life of the asphalt pavement, which about10%would beentered the large and medium-sized repair period each year, it resulted in a lot of old asphaltmixture. It would be saved huge cost when these material can be recycled. At present, themost of the crusher for crushing ore stone etc. It used for old asphalt mixture broken crusheris still at the initial stage of the material crusher, and not mature design product on the market,but the asphalt mixture is different from general materials, if the old material can not bebroken after reaching the old material basic does not destroy the original grading, thedispersion effect of fines is not binding, recycled aggregate grading after will not be able toguarantee, can only be used to lower the road paving, which lead to unable to old is expectedto make full recycling use of old material. Therefore, based on the old asphalt mixture crusherstructure design and simulation research has very important significance.To achieve design goal, we need to figure out the old asphalt mixture in the process ofcrushing force analysis, and design the old asphalt mixture crusher machine parameters andthe key parts, and analyse the crushing force of old asphalt mixture crusher. First of all, wemake a model of the aggregate and asphalt mixture, and analyze the stress under the action ofdeformation and stress distribution of aggregate and mixture, which provides a theoreticalbasis to the later crusher design. Secondly, summarizes the old asphalt mixture structure andwork principle of crusher machine and discharging mechanism, design the basic parametersof the crusher, mainly design in detail for key parts of the crusher overload protection deviceand the roller crusher tooth pitch and roll tooth arrangement. Thirdly, we make a forceanalysis and model simulation under three conditions of roller teeth, which get a deformationand stress distribution; we established the old asphalt mixture model of the crusher roller,and make the tooth roll crushing force simulation and has carried on the analysis and researchunder different rotational speed, which get the crushing force curve and the equivalent stresscurve; we get the feasibility conclusion of old asphalt mixture crusher by comparing the rollertooth and material maximum crushing force and equivalent stress. Finally, we analyse the oldasphalt mixture of the crusher cavity for stress, and deduced the crusher broken power andproduction capacity and relevant calculation methods and equations.
