As the rapid development of highway construction, parts of the asphalt pavement appearcracks, vertical cracks, horizontal cracks, pits, loose, rutting, shoving, wave bleeding andother diseases before they reach the service life。The heave maintenance has become to themain problem of the road management departments. So far, the domestic maintenancetechnology has focused on single technology such as cover, regeneration and repair,Meanwhile our country has not set rules about the overhaul, lead to problems such asoverhaul, overhaul scheme does not apply to the uncertainty of the design and construction ofour country produce overhaul. The paper studies the key points of the heave maintanencethrough investigation and experimental reaserch, combined with the actual situation inShaanxi Province, the results have important realistic significance to determine themaintenance countermeasure of pavement reasonably.This paper analyses the types of diseases and causes of Highway Asphalt Pavement inour country, combined with the actual situation in Shaanxi Province, and evaluates the qualityof four typical road overhaul schemes according to the different types of diseases, andanalyses the relationship between different types of the disease and their overhaul schemes;Secondly, analyzing maintenance technologies existing in our country, sums up theircharacteristics and applicable conditions, and according to the actual construction andmaintenance in China in recent years, asphalt pavement maintenance experience sums up themaintenance technology suitable for different kinds of diseases,and evaluates the economicrationality of TONG HUANG highway pavement overhaul schemes; In addition, the paperstudies the maintenance of overlay bonding effects through the indoor test by using the testinstrument and a new forming process.It analyses the different circumstances interlayerbonding condition by the interlaminar shear experiment.It presents the influence of interlayerbonding condition factors and appropriate adhesive layer oil materials and different road typesthe best adhesive layer oil consumption, so as to ensure that the tight combination betweennew and old structure, avoiding early damage of pavement.It will save maintenance cost;Finally, it puts forward the highest open limiting temperature of different mixture typesthrough track test of indoor in different temperature of asphalt mixture of different kinds ofmaterials.It recommends the Multicool software control the construction temperature ofasphalt mixture, so as to ensure the mixture paving compaction quality.
