With the increasing of oil resources shortage and people strengthening of environmentalprotection consciousness, the research and application of alternative fuel has been widelyattention. Biodiesel refers to oil crops, wild oil plant and engineering micro algae and otherplant oil and animal fat, food waste oil as raw oil by transesterification process can be madeinstead of petrochemical diesel renewable fuel. In this paper, the biological diesel oil, dieseloil and methanol micro emulsion fuel the formation process of the combustion in cylinder andcombustion product ingredients of the research. In biological diesel oil and diesel hybridsolution mixed burning methanol, can use methanol density is small, the characteristics of lowviscosity improving the mixed fuel spray characteristics and improve fuel oxygen and latentheat of vaporization, to make the fuel combustion in cylinder in more fully to improvecombustion efficiency and inhibition of carbon smoke and NO_x formation. Combined withmicro emulsion principle and micro emulsion fuel configuration experiment, the final twobiological diesel oil, diesel oil and methanol micro emulsion fuel formula, and the engine onthe combustion and emission characteristics of the contrast test.Research shows that the temperature on the biggest methanol mixing quantity has theinfluence, as the temperature increases maximum add methanol quantity will also increase.Compared with M0, M5and M10can effectively reduce the carbon smoke and CO emissions.NO_x emissions present a complicated situation, M0and NO_x emissions of M10than M5lowand M0and M10difference. M5and M10of HC emissions than M0high, but HC emissionssmall absolute value. Compared with M0, with methanol to join with the M5M10combustionin cylinder pressure, the pressure rise rate, peak heat release rate and higher combustion incylinder pressure curve, the pressure rise rate curve, instantaneous heat release rate overall lag,and along with the adding amount of methanol and the more the more obvious lag rule. M5and M10later put heat reduced significantly, and combustion heat release more focused. M5and M10combustion duration than M0short, methanol incorporation makes combustioninitial point lag and combustion check point in advance, combustion and heat emissionconcentration, combustion duration short.Engine has biological diesel oil, diesel oil and methanol micro emulsion fuel caneffectively reduce carbon smoke emissions, improve combustion in cylinder situation toincrease fuel efficiency of heat release, it is a kind of new type energy-saving alternative fuel.
