Enterprise acts as an important power to improve social progress, and is thefoundation of national development. With the flying technology development, a varietyof building styles is coming up every day. Pavilion, as a symbol of an enterprise’s image,is attracting more and more attentions. The pressure which is caused by fast culturalcommunications is making enterprises pay more attention to their own image-building.The characterized culture of each enterprise should be added to their own pavilionsbecause the culture can help them give customers their ideas and images. Pavilion is acarrier, which carries the spirit and image, even the culture, the soul of an enterprise. Inaddition, pavilion as a diverse and widely related public building, is also inevitably beinfluenced by enterprise culture on different areas, such as building design, interiordesign, display design. In conclusion, pavilion is playing an important role inpropagating enterprise culture and spirit.The research of enterprise culture is the focus of both academic and cultural scholars,furthermore, pavilion is very popular nowadays. Consequently, enterprise culture hasclose relationship with the pavilion. In this article, after author analyzing andresearching the enterprise culture and the pavilion separately, then find the relationshipbetween these two. It’s obviously that the corporate culture is an enterprise system ofvalues shared by all the staff, this kind of culture exists as an abstract, penetrates everycorner of the enterprise. In order to express the culture, the enterprise must make it fromconsciousness to matter, thus make it in front of the people who do not know this enterprise. As a propaganda public building, pavilion can easily carry corporate culture,make itself as a carrier of the culture. On the other hand, culture is a necessary factorwhich can support the design of pavilion. Corporate culture is an elite after few yearsdevelopment of an enterprise, and the outstanding architecture design also consistsexperience from admirable designers all over the years. Therefore, how to blending thecorporate culture into the pavilion is becoming a problem which cannot be ignored.This paper discussed and summarizes the relationship between the corporate cultureand pavilion, thus analyzes the expression of the corporate culture in the pavilion design.Combined with the shape of the pavilion, color, lighting, materials, exhibition design,spatial design to convey the concept of the corporate culture.Nowadays, pavilion is an important part for an enterprise, acts as a symbol, carriesthe enterprise’s image and spirit. It has a great influence on building the enterpriseimage, thus has a close relationship with the enterprise. This paper gives somesuggestions on building the pavilion, defines and classifies the pavilion by functions andenvironment based on the agreement of building pavilion, furthermore, by analyzingand summarizing the pavilion design and corporate culture, proves the necessity for anenterprise to build pavilion in order to propagate and improve their corporate culture.
