| A city, if there is no landscape colors, it will inevitably lead to the whole city looksovershadowed, and similarly, a city landscape colors, if there is no regional culture as aguidance, it will look duplicated and disorganized because of the lack of its ownpersonality. This paper takes landscape colors of Wei Fang city as research objective.By using field survey, document consultation and interview as the main researchmethods, from the aspect of regional culture, it describes the regional culture’s impactson landscape colors of Wei Fang city.The first part of this article mainly expounds the research background, researchcontents, research significance, research methods and research situations at home andabroad. The second part focuses on some related theories of urban landscape colors. Thethird part carries on investigations and analysis of regional culture of Wei Fang city inits natural environment, folk custom, Qi Lu culture, exotic civilization, and the Chineseclassical garden art. The fourth part is made analysis on present situations of factorscomposed of landscape colors, namely, architecture colors, square colors and publicfacilities’ colors. Finally, by combining the four parts above, this paper explains theimpacts of factors referred, like natural environment, folk custom, Qi Lu culture,foreign civilization and classical garden art on the city’s architectural colors, squarecolors and public facilities’ colors.Through this research, I hope this paper can not only let people have more clear understanding of the regional culture’s influence on the urban landscape colors, but alsocan provide some beneficial references to the design of landscape colors in the future ofWei Fang. At the same time, I wish it can appeal to more experts to focus the influenceof regional culture in urban landscape colors. I also hope that the regional culturalfactors can be considered in urban landscape colors, and can offer a guide for the futureurban landscape colors. |
