With the continuous development of auto industry, automobile concession shop hasbecome a special kind of commercial building. Successful design can improve theconsumer’s loyalty and trust to the bran. therefore, producers and sellers pay moreattention to the automobile concession shop design. With the rapid development of oureconomy and the fierce competition in the automobile market, there is a new situationthat a variety of marketing models coexist in China’s auto market, and differentmarketing models have their unique functions and architecture space appearance,however, China’s automobile marketing mode comes mainly from foreign mature mode,without considering our actual market situation, thus many problems emerged, seriouslyhampering the healthy development of our auto market.Therefore, this thesis wrote on Xi’an with field research as its research basis, and theliterature research and comparative study as its auxiliary means. From different modernmarketing modes, we conducted research on the architecture space appearance of Xi’anautomobile concession shop under different marketing modes. First of all, weintroduce the concept of the automobile concession shop and its features, and explain itsdevelopment course and current situation from home and abroad, and briefly introducethe concept of marketing model, giving people a new understanding about theautomobile concession shop; Secondly, conducting research on the indoor and outdoorspace of xi ’an automobile concession shop respectively, and pointing out thedeficiencies and the factors affecting the architecture space appearance of Xi’anautomobile concession shop by using chart diagram and patterns for comparativesummary; Thirdly, putting forward the location selection principle of automobile concession shop and design principle of its architecture space appearance, and drawinglessons form domestic and foreign outstanding cases for the purpose of conductingresearch on the building elements form of automobile concession shop and giving asolution and optimization scheme to the problems found.Through the study of this paper, first of all, I hope the location selection process ofautomobile concession shop will bring guidance and advice to the site selection of Xi’anautomobile concession shop in future, making its site selection and layout morereasonable; Secondly, the entrance transitional space design can effectively improve theenvironment of outdoor space, thus balancing the relationship between auto store andthe city; Thirdly, proposing design principles of spatial dynamic variability to adjust thebuilding structure according to the change of the function requirements, and changespace appearance and space combination, it can both save resources and capitalinvestments and create a different space appearance; The four different car boothdesigns, on one hand, can improve indoor space form, and on the other hand, they canbring customers extraordinary visual experience and space feeling; Lastly, we learnexperiences from the excellent cases in developed cities, in the hope of putting forwardthree-dimensional parking space design to Xi’an auto store and effectively solving theatmosphere of inadequate parking spaces. I expect that the research results of this papercan bring certain enlightenment to investors, builders, designers and relevantgovernment departments of Xian’s auto store in future.
