Near space vehicle is promising in the dual-use. The intercepting is extremely difficult, because of its high altitude and high speed. At present, many countries are accelerating the progress in research and application of near space aircraft and the intercept techniques. Hence, it is necessary to research the intercept techniques of near space for Chinese airspace security.Aim at the problem of target’s high speed, intercept the way of an inverse rail-guided method is designed in this paper. The counter parallel intercepting was head-on intercepting, made the interceptor flying towards opposite direction with the target. In this way, it could be avoided the demand in the traditional intercepting method which the interceptor must be faster than target. On the one hand, it reduced the demand of both energy and engine technology, on the other hand, it reduced the difficulty level in controlling interceptor and enhanced the system’s robustness. At first, approaching spacecraft and the development of near space intercept system was introduced, the development and application of the guidance law was analyzed in this paper. Secondly, the theoretical basis of the missile guidance control system was elaborate, coordinate system definition and conversion relationship was given, the forces and moments role in the missile was analyzed, missile dynamics and kinematics equations are deduced. Thirdly, the mathematical model of counter parallel intercepting was built in pitch channel and yaw channel. After introducing the theory of sliding mode control and researching the method in weakening the chattering, using sliding mode control method, a kind of counter parallel intercepting law based on sliding mode control was designed and verified the feasibility by single channel simulating in this guidance law. At last, the simulation was run in a three-dimensional space, and the rate of change in the angle of sight of guidance and control system, the normal overload and sliding surface and the other parameters are respectively analyzed within the pitch and yaw channel.Conclusion can be gotten according to the simulation and analysis.1) The structure of the intercepting law designed in this paper is simple and does not need so much targets’information.2) High-speed targets can be intercepted by low-speed interceptor using the intercepting law designed in this paper.3) The attacking time is short and needed overload is small. The system can move to sliding mode surface by high speed and little chattering fluctuations, which proves its good robustness.
