Aero-engine gas path fault is an important engine failure. Gas path fault will seriously affect thenormal work of the engine and constitute a great threat to flight safety. Due to the characteristics ofthe work and environment of the engine, the fault can not be eliminated, only to discover earlier, assoon as possible to clear of the fault, it can keep aero-engine to work normally and reduce flight risk.People has done lots of research about the gas path fault, and has gotten some results, but it is notenough. Electrostatic monitoring technology method is that based on the principle of electrostaticinduction, it gives real-time online monitoring, and can capture the abnormal signals when the faultoccurs early, at the same time, provide warning. Because the reason of gas path fault is complex, onlyhas an effective gas path fault simulated system, it can do deep research, based on this, the paperdesigned a new system for the experiment of gas path fault and has done some research aboutelectrostatic monitoring technology method..The main content of this paper is as follows:(1) Study the Aero-engine gas path fault mechanism,causes and effects.Use the electrostaticmonitoring technology to monitor aero-gine gas path fault,through the experinment,found that thesystem can not afford the electrostatic monitoring technology to monitor the specific gas path fault,themain reason is that the original test system.(2) Focus on the aero-engine gas path fault test system for the lack of orihinal test systemfunctionality,designed a new test system for aero-engine gas path fault.Chose the hardware and madeit.But due to the test system didn’t test all the program,so can’t do the experiment now.(3)Using electrostatic monitoring technology to do the siumulation test for aero-engine gas pathrubbing fault,and designed the collection system,collected the electrostatic signal,at last,signalanalysis has been done.
