| The single degree of freedom LC tuned magnetic bearing is taken as an example in this paper.The basic structure and the working principle are been introduced. According to the method of themagnetic circuit, this paper deduces the levitation force formula of the magnetic bearing. The size ofbearing, air gap, coil turn, diameter of wire and other related parameters are designed. Besides, theelectromagnet materials, the external circuit capacitance and the composition of the variablefrequency AC voltage source method are described according to the actual requirements.In this paper,through the electromagnetic field finite element analysis software Ansoft, it researches the magneticfield performance of the LC tuned magnetic bearing and the force of the thrust plate simulation underthe condition of the different size of the capacitance values. In order to get the electromagnetic forcemore realistic, the equivalent inductance and resistance of the electromagnet have been measured. Onthis basis, the factors that affect the electromagnetic force are beening analyzed, the analysis showsthat the frequency and the peak voltage of the AC voltage source, the capacitance value are related tothe size of the electromagnetic force. The expression of the LC tuned magnetic bearing eddy currentloss caused by the alternating current is derived by using the method of the magnetic circuit segment,and the factors that affect the eddy current loss are studied, the results show that the capacitance valueof the external circuit, the frequency of the AC voltage source, the material resistivity of theelectromagnetic are essential to the eddy current loss of the LC tuned magnetic bearing.According to the experiment, this paper studies the suspension performance and theelectromagnetic force measurement of the LC tuned magnetic bearing, and the experiment resultsshow that the LC tuned magnetic bearing can be stably suspended, and the electromagnetic force islittle difference between the theory values and the finite element simulation values with theexperimental values. At the same time, the theoretical analysis is verified. |
