The helicopter transmission system in the case of spilling oil, gear transmission can not workunder a normal lubrication conditions, then will enter the starved lubrication stage, and eventually intothe dry friction stage. In this paper, wear and temperature field of aeronautic gear under starvedlubrication and dry friction are analyzed.In this paper,first of all, study the calculation method of the main parameters of aeronautic gearwear and temperature field analysis under starved lubrication and dry friction, analyze the distributionon tooth surface, and the relevant factors. Based on adequate oil supply conditions derived a oildetermination method of starved lubrication gear drive,the starved lubrication tooth surface frictioncoefficient calculation method based on starved lubrication theory derivation starved lubrication toothsurface,calculating wear according to the theory of fatigue wear, using Ansys analyze toothtemperature field under starved lubrication, and analysis of the relevant factors of tooth width,lubricant viscosity and load. And then calculate tooth surface friction coefficient and friction underboundary lubrication, using Archard adhesive wear calculation principles simulations tooth surfacewear,derive failure determination method of boundary lubrication,using Ansys analyze the transienttemperature field under boundary lubrication, obtained instantaneous temperature varies with time oftooth surface, and analysis of the relevant factors. At last, calculated the tooth surface frictioncoefficient and friction under dry-friction, calculated using Archard adhesive wear calculationprinciple points of the wear on tooth surface, derive the dry friction failure determination method,using Ansys simulate the transient temperature field under dry friction, and draw the tooth surfaceinstantaneous temperature change over time, and analyze the factors of tooth width, load and speed.Meanwhile, in order to verify the reasonable of gear temperature field by finite element methodand wear calculation under starved lubrication, starved lubrication gear test on the CL-100type geartesting machine, extracting oil samples through spectral analysis analyzed the elements wear oilcontent, drawn to the steady-state temperature field and the amount of wear of the starved lubricationgear, and the rationality of the theoretical calculation of the temperature field and the amount of wearwas verified by comparing it with the test data.
