Block Making Machine’s vibration is extremely complex, it has obvious nonlinearfeatures. The technology of high order spectrum analysis can effectively reflect thevibration characteristics of Block Making Machine, it’s a powerful tool to improvethe structure and adjust the operating parameters of the vibration system. VibrationExciter and Shock Absorber are the core components of the vibration platform ofgeneral Block Making Machine, they determine the vibration characteristics of BlockMaking Machine, affect the quality of the produced block. Currently, the vibrationplatform of general Block Making Machine on the market mainly use mechanicaleccentric exciter with rubber shock absorber as excitation device and damping device,the main disadvantages are that the change of excitation force by either adjusting therotational speed of the shaft or by changing the quality of the eccentric size atdowntime, and the damping of the Shock Absorber is not adjustable. It obviouslyconstrains the production range, and not economic, not convenient, directly affect theproduction efficiency of block making machine.After deeply analyzing the existing problems of vibration platform of generalBlock Making Machine, according to the actual working conditions, a new type ofvibration device suitable for Block Making Machine, setting the AdjustableEccentric Exciter with Magnetorheological Damper in one is designed. The technologyof Autoregressive(AR) Trispectral Analysis is applied to research the dynamiccharacteristics of Block Making Machine.The main methods as follows: First, consult literatures, determine the vibrationparameters and design the new vibration platform. Second, collect vibration signalsof the four corner points of the vibration platform under different working parametersthrough vibration test platform based on NI virtual instrument, then use Matlabprogram to build mathematical models of AR Trispectrum and its slices based on timeseries. Third, analyze vibration characteristics of the four corner Points of vibrationplatform under different working parameters by using AR tri-spectrum.Results show that:The new vibration platform is feasible; AR Trispectrum and its slices can effectively reflect the vibration characteristics of Block Making Machineunder different working conditions, it can also characterize the changing informationof block compactness, so it provide a new way to improve the structure and adjustthe operating parameters of the vibration system.
