| Compare to the traditional internal combustion engine forklift, the electric forklifttruck is more flexible, easier to operate and free from contamination, it conform to thenew energy strategy in our country, so the electric forklift truck get fast development inrecent years. The power battery of electric forklift is the technology bottleneck thatrestricting the development of electric forklift. And battery management system is thekey to solve this problem, people pay the most attention to it.The research object is zinc-polyaniline battery management system, the purpose isto implement the function of monitoring battery status, lengthen the service life of thebattery and improve the efficiency of battery power.This paper analyze the charge and discharge characteristics of zinc-polyanilinebattery, confirm the charge and discharge cut-off criterion. And analyze the factorsaffecting of zinc-polyaniline battery remaining power, research several kinds ofcommonly used SOC estimation method, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages ofvarious methods. Introduce the SOC estimation method in this paper, named theampere-hour method with open circuit voltage method. Determine the ampere-houropen circuit voltage compensation method through experiment, and do the simulation,validate the accuracy of the ampere-hour open circuit voltage method throughcomparing the simulation results with experimental results.Designe the battery management system based on microcontroller. The hardwaredesigning part includes the single chip microcomputer minimum system module, powerconversion module, battery status information acquisition module, battery equalizationmodule, fault alarm module, liquid crystal display module and CAN communicationmodule, the hardware can test real time status information of the battery, prevent thebattery overcharge, over discharge and the over high temperature lead to thephenomenon of shortening battery life. Hardware can display the real-time SOC on theLCD monitor, drivers can easier judge the battery condition, hardware cancommunication with the vehicle controller, which make the whole car controller canmake corresponding treatment measures with abnormal state of batteries.According to the function of battery management system and the SOC estimationmethod, write the C language program, and draw the corresponding program flow chart. |
