Using earth observation satellites to observe targets on the ground and getting dataof targets Has been widely used in military and civilian fields. Along with the deepeningof satellite applications, users put forward higher requirements for Earth Observation,and expect the earth observation satellites could complete more complex observationtask requests. The complexity is mainly reflected in the Vastness of space covered, thecontinuing on the temporal coverage, more observational data types and morecomprehensive wave band. With the emergence of complex tasks, such as movingtargets and periodical targets, it is very difficult to finish the continuing observationonly by using one satellite. It’s urgently need to rely on more than one satellite workingtogether to finish the continuing observation. While the scheduling efficiency of recentscheduling algorithm is low when scheduling more than one kind of satellite. It’s hard tomeet customer’ needs.In order to tracking mobile targets, observing periodical targets and real-timemonitoring of natural disasters, The article fully considers the various types of earthobservation satellites’ imaging characteristics and constraints, study some complextasks’ collaborative planning algorithm. Specific tasks include:1. Considering the geosynchronous earth observation satellite’ imagingcharacteristics, Design a high and low-orbit satellites collaborative observing process.Define the roles and responsibilities of the geosynchronous earth observation satelliteand the low-orbit earth observation satellite when joint observing mobile targets.2. Design accessorial methods to determine observation program of the complexcooperative task. In order to reduce the burden of task scheduling staff, the articleestablish a collaborative decision support tasks index system, design accessorialmethods to determine observation program of the complex cooperative task by usinghistorical data clustering and Fisher discriminating.3. On the basis of considering the constraints of Two kinds satellite, we buildgeosynchronous earth observation satellite and the low-orbit earth observation satellitejoint scheduling model.4. in order to solve the model, we build geosynchronous earth observation satelliteand the low-orbit earth observation satellite joint scheduling algorithm. It includes thehigh orbit earth observation satellite mission offline scheduling algorithm which basedon Genetic Algorithms-Simulated Annealing and the low orbit earth observation satellite mission online scheduling algorithm which based on the Multi-Agent System.
