Vibration table is a kind of necessary testing equipment used in the design processof many other devices. It is usually applied to simulate the environment of the object forchecking the mechanical property and reliability. Different tables are used for diversepurposes.Mostly, Tri-axial hydraulic angle-vibration table is used to imitate the realenvironment of some important facilities used in national defense, and this is veryimportant. According to studies from other researchers, control system of vibration tableconsists of hydraulic servo system and vibration control system, this article laysemphasis on the hydraulic servo system.Started with structure of the table, the text does research on its dynamic property,after which an analysis of the coupling effect of angular acceleration among frames ismade. After understanding the coupling effect, an idea of compensation for the couplingcomes up to decrease the coupling effect. This method is proved to be feasible bysimulation. Meanwhile, it provides supports theoretically for simplifying the controlsystem.For servo control system, the three variable controller (TVC) is applied in valvecontrolled system to improve the performance of the system and to take actual control,besides, the TVC has been applied to earthquake simulator. Thus, the performance ofTVC is discussed in the article. But as a matter of fact, it is difficult to alter parametersof the TVC, so a mathematic model between TVC parameters and system parameteridentification is built to make the altering easier. In addition, to improve the efficiencyof controller and to reduce the risk of control failure caused by variation of devicecharacter, a technique of self adjustment of TVC parameters is studied, and thistechnique is tested also by MATLAB simulation.At the end of this article, an identification experiment about open loop system iscarried out. Then, value of the controller parameters can be calculated. Secondly, theparameters adjustment of the controller will be executed according to the result, it isdemonstrated that the method is effective and that the controller can track theacceleration signal nicely by the single axis vibration experiment which also study thedigitization of TVC.
