| Solar water pump system as an important form of solar energy, has great socialbenefit and economic benefit, the further study of solar water pump control technology,to improve the reliability of the solar water pump and reduce the cost, is advantageousto the popularization and application of solar pumps. This paper use the sensorlesspermanent magnet brushless dc motor drive the characteristics of the solar water pump,through to the permanent magnet brushless dc motor without position sensor control ofrotor position detection technology and the further research of commutation control, putforward a kind of used for solar water pump of the permanent magnet brushless dcmotor control strategy.This article first expounds the study of purpose and meaning of solar water pump;Studied the current situation of the development of solar energy technology at home andabroad and solar water pump system of economy; Introduces in detail the workingprinciple of each part of the solar water pump and features.Then analyzed all kinds of sensorless brushless dc motor rotor position detectionmethod, this paper proposes a permanent magnet brushless dc motor for solar waterpump is effective sensorless control method, this method can avoid using the midpointvoltage as signal for comparisons. For a particular way of PWM modulation,conduction phase back emf can never directly measured in the terminal voltage of theconduction phase.Finally adopted TMS320F2812of TI company DSP as controller, the hardwarestructure and the development environment design based on DSP and the control systemhardware and software of control system, waveform is obtained by experiment that thedesign of sensorless control method can effectively commutation control of permanentmagnet brushless dc motor, comparing with the actual installation hole signal, has thevery high accuracy, makes the permanent magnet brushless dc motor can run out ofposition signal system, prove the feasibility of the designed control system. |
