| Recent years, along with the rapidly development of domestic manufacturing, the sheet metalforming technology has been promoted to combine with the finite element analysis technology andhas been widely used in the sheet metal application of house appliance and vehicle, becoming thekey processing method to the process design and the equipment design. Innovation of manufacturingprocess and application of new materials constantly give impetus to the development of sheet metaltechnology, by the meanly time, the sheet metal production line is walk toward the orientation ofautomatic. This item, Research and analysis of the key technology for the barrel of waveformwashing machine production line, comes from a corporation’s project which aims at updating newwashing machine line. Study the key points of processing parameters by analysis the performance ofthe barrel in this paper. To achieve the purpose to make the production line of the washing machine’sinner barrel modeling automatically process, this paper try to modernize the traditionalmanufacturing technology to promote the development of engineering technology and to meet therequirement of improving the line work efficiency and the product yield. If this exploitation isengaged successfully, it would make a big sense to promote the level of the efficiency and yield tothe manufacturing enterprises, set a good example for the updating of other fields, such asconstruction machinery, engineering equipment and so on.From the point of meeting the requirement of practical production, this paper moderatelyanalyses the principle process of the barrel of waveform washing machine. For the processing facet,this paper analyses the principle process of the barrel of waveform washing machine, elaboratelyintroduce the distribution of the working positions, the working process of every working positionsand set up the process for the entire system. The barrel’s connection is chose the TOX rivetingthrough the study of domestic sheet metal mosaic. After the completion of the line design, themechanical property of the TOX is analyzed for the main influence factors. Experiments aredesigned to verify the influence way by the convex hull, die stamping depth, preloading time andstiffener for obtaining optimal processing parameters. Then the barrel’s specimens were carried outto the contact analysis by the finite element method. Creating3D model of the specimen in theSolidWorks, and sent it into the ANSYS Workbench to analysis. The barrel of the washing machinewas verify reliably by analysis the data from the ANSYS Workbench and the experiment, that theparameter setting of the equipment of the line were based on the study theoretical.This project aims at the applications of sheet metal forming technique in the machinerymanufacturing, and researches the design of automatic forming line for the barrel of waveformwashing machine, around the key technique of the process of the barrel forming, raises reasonabledesign plan, is a new attempt to the field of sheet metal forming production line in China. |
