| Now, the technology of line heating automatic forming is one of the key technologies.The technology is difficult, full of technicality and influenced by many factors. The skills ofoperation are difficult to master. Therefore, it’s important to study the automatic controlsystems of line heating walking mechanism. This technology not only can be applied to theship curved segmented construction, but also can be applied to the untold miseries bendingplate surface molding. It can be applied to marine engineering equipment and other largesteel structure manufacturing too. The market prospect is broad.In this paper, a curved plate of12m(length)×8m(width)×2m(height) is measured using3D automatic measurement. The system measurement accuracy is±1mm which satisfied therequirements of without extra process for the curved plate. In this paper, a servo controlsystem is designed for the line heating walking mechanism combined with the practice. Inorder to insure the accuracy, stability and security of the system control, the SERCON410BIPC microprocessor is used as controller chips of the servo control system.According to the basic flow of the line heating process, the design methods of thehardware and software for the servo control system are introduced in this paper. The designof hardware includes the design of the bus driver circuit, the ISA bus wiring, fiber opticinterface circuit, and the design of decoding circuits. The software design is mainlyincluding algorithm design, master control program design, software interface-driven design.The open digital control system based on SERCOS and the servo control system which isdesigned in this paper are combined to build an experimental platform, which is used for theclosed-loop no-load test. And then the results are analyzed and discussed. The experimentalresults show that the design of servo control system has the features of fast response timesand high real time, which meet the requirement of the line heating automatic forming. |
