| The processing of box-type parts is diverse, it involves lots of manufacturing resourceswhich are geographically dispersed, so the integration management of manufacturingresources has become a consensus. Most of the manufacturing resources systems of theenterprises are used in LAN, so the resources can’t be queried and modified out of LAN.The networked manufacturing resources can be used not only by the company itself, butother companies, and it’ll help the company to keep close to latest industry news and followup the advanced manufacturing technology and equipments. So the networking ofmanufacturing resources is a trend for the future management of resources. So to build amanagement system of the manufacturing resources is the research target of my thesis.An ASP.NET website of the management system of the manufacturing resources isbuild by.NET,using C#,on Visual Studio2008,which is about building an Web interface ofthe interaction between users and the informations from web. The system can manage andquery manufacturing resources, and serves as a CAM tool. CAM module of the box-typeparts includes modules of tool selection, optimization of cutting parameters and processplanning. The optimization of cutting parameters module are accomplished and the toolselection isexplored in this paper. The main research of the paper is as follows:(1) By analysis of the features and manufacturing methods of the box-type parts, a3Dmodel and the manufacturing process of the case of a reducer are build.(2) Through analysis of manufacturing resources, an E-R model is build before it isabstracted as a relation model based on the resources from the real world, then the physicalstructure is constructed according to the relation model set up earlier, then the databse isbuild on SQL Server2000. And ADO.NET is used to connect ASP.NET and database.(3) Take boring and milling as example, an optimization model based on geneticalgorithms about cutting variables is build, aiming at maximum productivity and lowproduction costs, which is restrained by parameters of machine tools, machining precision.(4) Take milling as example, through reasearch of cutting performance of tool, thecutter is chosed based on machining features, material of workpiece, precision, etc.(5) The functional model, system structure and system function module is buildbased on IDEF0and three-tier structure of ASP.NET. And manufacturing resources systemof box-type parts is build on Visual Studio2008. |
