Research On The Highway Construction Project Total Control Mode HPC

The starting point of this paper is a new type of Highway Project Controlling (HPC)Management model appearing abroad in recent years. The structure and the theory of HPCcan be uesed as a strating point, and combined with our current environment of the highwayprojects, which can provide a detailed study for the feasibility of HPC Management model inChina.1. The paper makes a detailed comparison between four kinds of domestic commonhighway construction management and HPC. It has been proved from the complexity, therequirements of the project, the position and role of the owner and consulting unit, and thestrategies implemented by the project owner that the mode from the control of the project is akind of advanced mode, which has better adaptability.2. Raising the highway construction management and project controlling mode Standardmode combining. Analysis of the existing domestic highway construction management modeland the characteristics of total control mode, and combine project management model withmanagement model need to meet the requirements to get a clear, between the total projectmanagement and project control mode corporate management model binding wasexemplified.3. This paper presents the concept of HPC, and analysis the control of the cost, schedule,and quality in the total control management. Analysing the characteristics and classificationof the control mode, this can help to determine the concepts of the principles and methods ofthe control mode.4. Establishing an information system model. According to Total control mode, the"information flow" control "material flow" concept, in total control mode on how to achieveeffective communication and the composition of the engineering information has been studied5.
