Lithium-ion batteries have some characteristics, for example: high energy,non-polluting, non-explosion, recyclable, ect, in the national energy strategy andpeople’s daily life plays an important role. At present,most control system of therolling and cutting equipment of battery pole piece use PLC as the control core, thecost is high. This subject application embedded technology design control system,Ensure that the system is stable operation and normal production, achieve to thepurpose of reduce the cost and simplify the equipment, it has a great significance tothe promotion of battery pole piece production equipment in the market.First of all, this paper analyzes the composition and production process of thebattery pole piece production equipment, then application embedded technologydesign control system. The control system of production line uses C8051F020as thecontrol core, it uses the idea of modular design, the main modules include: correctionsystem module, tension system module, mill pressure control module, roll gap controlmodule, cutter position control module, etc. Builded the hardware platform of thecontrol system, designed the program of the control system and compiled the programof touch screen.Second, this paper researched the problem of multi-axis, introduced themaster-slave synchronous control strategy. The paper introduced the design of themulti-axis synchronous controller and elaborated the principle of single-chipmicrocomputer output high speed pulse, analysised the method of frequency outputwith acceleration and deceleration.Finally, in the laboratory environment debugged the control system, the paperintroduced the experimental process of touch screen and single-chip microcomputercommunication control stepping motor and the experiment achieved the desired effect,realized the function of single-chip microcomputer to drive motor, laid the foundationfor commissioning of the control system.
