In today’s society, the use of flexible packaging is more and more frequent in people’slives.The demand of flexible packaging (such as the film bag) is increasing because of itsportability and low price. If we can increase the production speed of bag making machine, wewill be able to meet the demand of the market and create huge profits for the enterprise. Becausethe traditional bag machine feed mode is stepping way, so the production speed is restricted. Wehave adopted a form of rotary hot foil stamping in order to improve its speed of bag making.The thesis describes hot pressure principle and function of the bag making machine. Thethesis also introduces the selection of the film material and the study of heat sealing in the thesis.Compared with ordinary bag making machine, rotary bag making machine more advantagesbecause of different bag making machine hot pressure principle.There are two important contents in this thesis. Firstly, we improve the Institutional andproduce the prototype. We have improved hot knife structure and some other structure in orderto achieve a better hot pressure effects and hot foil stamping speed. We optimize the size of theinstitution, the design of the parts and complete of the construction of the testing machine.The second priority is designing a control system. First we propose the controllingscheme,the controlling speed and hardware.
