| As the rapid development of automation technique and network communicationtechnique,the degree of automation of test chamber has improved.The test equipment andsensor are integrated by network,so as to improve test efficiency,ensure experimentsecurity and reduce labor intensity.Automation and network become the basicrequirements of test monitoring.A ship shafting test monitoring system is designed anddeveloped in this paper,while a certain ship shafting test bed as the backgrounds.The mainwork are as follows:(1) Design the overall plan of monitoring system.based on Siemens S7200series PLCCPU226and S7300series PLC CPU313C-2DP.Analog signal acquisition based on S7200PLC extention analog module of EM231and digital I/O based on extention digital moduleof EM223are included.S7300PLC is served as the master station to make upPROFIBUS-DP network basing on EM277communication mudule and NX motortransducer DP board.(2) Gather the pressure,temperature and flow signal of the lubricating oil system andcooling water system.The freeport of S7200PLC communicate with torquemeter throughASCII protocol,to gather the torque,rotating speed and power signal of theshafting.Remote control of the electromagnetic force loading system and thehigh&low-pressure lubricating oil pump.S7300PLC communicate with the NX motortransducer through PROFIBUS-DP protocol,to monitor and control the motor running.(3) Development of upper computer monitoring software.WinCC communicate withS7200PLC through PC/PPI protocol,with the help of PC Access which is based on OPCtechnique.The configuration software WinCC is used to design upper computer monitoringinterface,which include displaying system status data and setting system operatingparameter With a variety of forms.In addition,it will trigger alarm when the field signalsare going beyond the allowed range. |
