The main task of thispaper is to research the water hydraulic pump.Confirmed the type of the main structure is axial piston with port valves combiningthe working conditions and the physical and chemical properties of the water medium,Make a structure and parameter optimization design of the piston combining thekinematics and dynamics analysis of the piston, and researched the processing of thepiston sleeve. Designed the sliding shoes with the redundant squeezing force method, andput forward a split type of shoe and piston component structure. Established kinematicsand dynamics model of the port valves and designed the port valves. Designed the plainbearings based on the kinetic analysis of the axis system.The leakage model and power loss model of the piston pair are established, and makea simulation analysis on the thermal balance temperature of the piston pair. Discussed theinfluence of different parameters on the leakage, power loss and temperature rise of thepiston pairThen make an optimal design of the piston pair clearance from the perspective ofthermodynamics, and confirmed the minimum clearance is about13μm. |
