| With the rapid development of economic construction,China is gradually increasing theintensity of infrastructure,road transport, airports, ports, water utilities, municipal constructionand other infrastructure are becoming ever larger,the market demand for cars with cranestheincrease.The truck crane luffing system is mainly three nodes of the cylinder size andamplitude to determine the design and calculation,and other auxiliary componentsselected.Reasonable to determine luffing crane three nodes on the car’s overall design is thekey,it affects the truck crane boom and turntable body form and parameters of hydrauliccylinder on the crane’s stability is crucial.In this paper,the optimization mathematic model is built with the multi-optimizationtarget of minimizing the stress-capability of the verifying cylinder,turntable,lift-arm and thelength of basic working arm,utilizing MATLAB optimization toolbox of genetic algorithm toseek the best solution to the problem.The method of multi-objective optimum’s disposal ismixed geneticalgorithm,the best way to find the location of hinge points, select the bestprogram hinge point. |
