| With the development of computer technology and finite element theory of matures, some bus companies around the world apply the element analysis method to bus at all ofstages of bus design, from product concept design to the final products formation all containthe finite element analysis method. A lot of practice has proved that use the finite elementanalysis software for bus body frame structure analysis of the results of the accuracy is quitehigh, by this method not only can reduce the cost of passenger car research and development, but also can shorten the cycle of passenger car research and development, because of thesereasons, the world’s most passenger bus company has put the finite element analysis researchand development as an important means. In this paper, based on fully researched the related research at domestic and foreign, combined with the structure characteristics of the fully integral bus using the CATIAthree-dimensional modeling software to Xi’an Silverbus700Ltype passenger car on thegeometric entity modeling and imported it into HyperMesh software and eventuallyestablished a finite element model of this bus body frame, and then on this basis for thepassenger in four kinds of typical working condition(working condition of horizontal bendingand torsion limit condition turn, working condition of a sharp turn and emergency brakingcondition) under the calculation of the stiffness of strength, analyzed the bus run under thefour conditions of the maximum stress and maximum displacement deformation and itslocation, in addition this paper also has carried on the modal analysis on the bus body frame, obtained the bus body frame of the top14order frequency value and its formation.Based on the established finite element model to calculate that the bus body frame in theprocess of actual operation of maximum stress is147.6MPa, the biggest deformation is1.817mm, these all not far more than the limit of the material can withstand, on the other hand thebody frame vibration frequency between6.80and28.98HZ, avoid the frequency of the of theengine which was proved the design of this bus is reasonable, and the results of this paper canbe directly further optimize the body frame of the new models provide a reference. |
