Study On The Development And The Application Of HTC-08Type Prime Oil

Layer between base and surface damage problem is one of the main form of damage forsemi-rigid base asphalt pavement. As the transitional layer, prime oil is used on design toenhance combination between semi-rigid base and asphalt layer, combining with the bothlayers as close as possible, transition between layers of the penetration layer is vital.This paper introduces the prime oil layer research status at home and abroad, putforwards the problems in common prime oil layer material, and also put forwards prime oillayer should have good bonding between the layers, osmosis, scouring resistance,consolidation and keeping in good health function。 Developed a new prime oil,which doesnot contain volatile thinner。Through laboratory performance test and test road first try,middle test and large area test, and production, indicators and test, this paper introduces theHTC-08type through oil layer of research and application process.This research on HTC-08type prime oil does not contain volatile thinner, enhancedstrength of basic level surface, keeping in good health function, effectively improve theinterlayer bonding effect of the semi-rigid base, delay the happening of the disease, promotethe penetration layer materials and the development of technology, conforms to the greentraffic and the development trend of low carbon economy in our country.
