Based on the Leya (mountain) highway fluvioglacial deposits distribution in Leshanregion and doing some tests such as soil particles analysis test, compaction test, determination of coefficient of permeability test, centrifugal model test, large scale triaxialshear test, numerical simulation analysis and so on. The research content are as follows:(1) Analyze the the cause of fluvioglacial deposits along the Leya highway, throughthe particle analysis of experimental study on the fluvioglacial deposits’s particle gradation, the compaction test to determine the maximum dry density and optimum water content. Testthe permeability coefficient of fluvioglacial deposits. Summary analyze the basicengineering properties of fluvioglacial deposits, design reasonable construction scheme, through centrifuge model test and verifies the rationality of the construction plan.(2) Through large scale triaxial shear test to study fluvioglacial deposits coarse grain’sstress-strain relationship and shear strength properties. Explore the Duncan E-B model anddescribes the applicability of fluvioglacial deposits coarse grained’s mechanics properties. From Duncan E-B, using the main parameters in the model as a basic material properties inthe following finite element calculation.(3) Through the finite element analysis of interlining construction scheme of the maindirection of embankment deformation, contrast model calculation for post-constructionsettlement amount to see whether it meet the requirements of the specification of thehighway roadbed. Do comparative analysis of interlining construction schemes, study theinfluence of different filling height of subgrade post-construction settlement. Set updifferent compaction filling model, the analysis of the effect of compaction settlement.Comprehensive analyze interlining method to see its superiority.
