Pipe grouting engineering practice often used to reinforce the loose collapsebody of tunnel. The existing grouting theory can not accurately predict the effect ofgrouting reinforcement, because there are various factors when slurry flowing in theformation. The model test can simulate the geological parameters under complicatedcondition, and the whole process of grouting can be observed. After grouting we canvisually see the distribution of the slurry, it will provide reliable grouting parametersfor engineering practice. This paper mainly use the method of model test to study thegrouting reinforcement mechanism and reinforcement effect of superfine cementgrouting material used in the loose collapse body. First, introduce the groutingreinforcement technology and the development history of grouting material; In orderto study the properties of the grouting material, to carry out the indoor experiment andorthogonal experiment design and analyze water-cement ratio, the content of silicafume, and the content of aluminum powder influence of superfine cement strength;Analysis of the factors influencing grouting. Introduced the permeation grouting, soilcompaction grouting and the splitting grouting the three grouting theory and the slurryfilling mechanism and diffusion regularity in the soil; We design the model test to getthe grouting parameters and grouting effect of superfine cement grouting in the loosecollapse body. The results show that the slurry’s grouting form in the loose collapsebody is permeation grouting. When the water-cement ratio is0.7, the final pressuregrouting is0.35MPa the diffusion radius is600mm, and the most distant reaches900mm, the main factors affecting the diffusion radius is the grouting pressure. Aftergrouting the slurry veins formed skeleton in the soil. The slurry and gravel cementedtogether and compact the surrounding soil, so that the soil has been reinforced.
