| The panels and heel plate of buttressed retaining wall is simplified to "trilateral clamped and free side of bidirectional board" to be calculated in the current code and standard. Internal force calculation of plate could be complicated when the load is complex, and it has to calculate the whole area of the two-way slab that almost covering the whole panel and heel plate, which is failed to reflect partition optimization. Due to the shortcomings of the the standard calculation method, retaining wall is established based on ANSYS finite element model. According to with or without tenon, the stress and strain distributions of the retaining wall panels, heel plates and buttress have been studied to acquire the panels and heel plates bending moment distribution form, based on which the simplified internal force calculation method and the calculating diagramof the panel and heel plate iscarried out. Main conclusions are showed below.1〠With or without tenon has a significant influnce about the size of stess in the whole retaining wall. However, it donest change the stress distribution forms.2〠When calculating the axial bending moment Mz of the Panel, it is simplified to the trilateral clamped and free side of elastic plate. When the vertical y=0~1/4H, it is simplified to clamped-clamped statically indeterminate beam when y=1/4~3/5H, it is simplified to each span segment as a simply-supported beam surffering the axial bending moment when y=3/5-3/4H; it is simplified to both ends sliding bearing, for fixed hinge pedestal in the midspan when it is at the top y=3/4-H; When calculating the vertical bending moment My of the panel, it is simplified to each span segment as a simply-supported beam in the midspan, the panel lathas are simplified into hyperstatic beam which is an end fixed and an end simply supported in the buttress.3〠When calculating the axial bending moment Mz of the heel plate, the heel plate is simplified to clamped-clamped statically indeterminate beam along the horizontal; When calculating the lateral moment Mx of the heel plate, Across the heel plate strip is simplified to clamped-clamped heel plate, the other end for movable hinge pedestal of statically indeterminate beams, the heel plate strip is simplified to a cantilever beam in the buttress.The research results of this paper not only enriches the simplified calculation method of the panel and heel plate of buttressed retaining wall, and elaborates to current code and standard, but also has definite referenced value in the buttressed retaining wall theory and engineering practice. |
