With China’s rapid economic development, the city and the sustainabledevelopment and the implementation of the strategy of improving, in order to meet theneeds of the development of society and economy, we must develop our transportation, building more roads, railway to promote regional development.Tunnel engineering is animportant content in traffic field, will be recognized and applied more widely. However,in the process of tunnel construction, landslide is one of the most common safetyaccidents, especially in the construction of mountain tunnel. Therefore, the analysis ofmountain tunnel stability and prediction of the collapse effectively, ensure the safety ofconstruction.Through the collation of information and analysis of typical collapse accidentinvestigation, summarized summarized various types of tunnel collapse, and the maininfluence factors of tunnel collapse.Analysis and judgment based on the tunnel stabilitycomparison.Combined with the export section of YK197+040examples of the right line of thetunnel engineering, using ABAQUS finite element analysis simulation software, combined with the actual situation of tunnel excavation by CD, established athree-dimensional model of the tunnel.Through the numerical simulation, SimulationStudy the YK197+040section of the vault settlement, the convergence and so on, inorder to analyze and judge the stability of surrounding rock. The simulating results ofsettlement and field monitoring results are compared and analyzed, to verify therationality of the model, and then guide the field construction.Combined with the ZK196+980~ZK197+030section of the left line of the tunnel, selected the7main factors, including the rock structure type, the surrounding rock classification, bad geology, excavation span, buried depth of tunnel structure, bias, construction management level, prediction model construction using triangular buildingmountain tunnel collapse risk fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the specialarea circumstance, show through the field monitoring measurement verification, whichcan better reflect the collapse risk of the project, the model is also suitable for similarengineering risk assessment, and high reliability.Application of stress transfer theory and synergetics theory, grey system theory totunnel out of the cave, research and analysis of surrounding rock collapse prediction ofa tunnel hole, put forward a new method to predict the mountain tunnel collapseaccidents in time and space, including two prediction of collapse accident occurred inthe location prediction and time of occurrence.
