The Studying On The Opening Of Settlements In The Perspective Of Resources Sharing

Along with the rapid development of China’s housing construction， under theguidance of the cell theory appears more and more problems，such as lack of vitality，the monotony of living，low utilization of ancillary facilities such phenomena also affectto the normal operation of the urban road system，prompting the urban landscape suchas tedious．Therefore，the openness of the settlements is one of the way to theseproblem．However，lot of residents of settlements take the skeptical attitude aboutopening and resources sharing，governments do not give enough attention to it；thedesigners always trap in the older idea，all these reasons lead to huge difficulties of thedevelopment of opening settlements．This paper explores the sharing of resources and the open issue of thesettlements． Firstly， summarize the classic urban planning ideas and settlementsplanning theory in the perspective of resources sharing， analyses different periods ofsettlement building in our country． Secondly，analyze the value of the opening of thesettlements and resources sharing， summarize the influence of the settlementopening． Thirdly，explore Vance open real typical case， put a summary of thestrategy of settlement opening practice from roads，facilities，green landscape; Fourthly，Xi’an different types of settlements as the research object，studies the development，operating skills，experience of the opening settlement．At last，put forward the strategyof settlement opening practice，and explain these strategy with a practical examplewhich is Sichuan Welfare settlement design．...
