| Use Recycled coarse aggregate replace partly or all of natural aggregate in Steelreinforced concrete called Steel reinforced recycled concrete (SRRC),it’s a newstructural system,For steel can work together with recycled concrete very well, Thesystem has the advantages both of Steel reinforced concrete(like High load capacity,high Stiffness,Good ductility,Good seismic performance)and recycled concrete(likeEnvironmental Protection,Economic efficiency). The production of steel in China isNO.1in the world,also in China the demand of coarse aggregate more than half of allthe number of world. the SRRC is value of researching and has a broad marketing andapplications.This article’s work is basic on the Experimental on Shear and bend Behavior ofSteel Reinforced Recycled Concrete Beams.Analysis test piece with ANYSS.Get theright way to Establish the Beams’s model of Finite element.Use the method of keep allunchanged but one,Analysis parameters of the ratio of Section steelã€the strength ofSection steelã€the strength of stirrupã€the Spacing of stirrup How to influence the ShearBehavior of the beams. Analysis parameters of the ratio of Section steelã€the strength ofSection steelã€the ratio of Longitudinal reinforcementã€the strength of Longitudinalreinforcement How to influence the bend Behavior of the beams. And analysis the crackof the beams when it under shear force.Research shows that: The aggregate replacement ratio do not have obvious effectto Shear capacity of Steel reinforced recycled concrete beams;Improve the strength ofconcreteã€the ratio of section steelã€the strength of section can raise the Shear capacity of Steel reinforced recycled concrete beams;The bigger the shear span ratio,the lower theShear capacity of Steel reinforced recycled concrete beams;Reduce the spacing ofstirrup can improve shear capacity and deformation capacity of of Steel reinforcedrecycled concrete beams;The aggregate replacement ratio and the strength of concretedo not have obvious effect to bending capacity of Steel reinforced recycled concretebeams;Improve the ratio of section steelã€the strength of section can raise the bendingcapacity and the ductility of Steel reinforced recycled concrete beams;In a certainrange,improve the the ratio of steel bar can raise the bending capacity of Steelreinforced recycled concrete beams;change the ratio of steel or strength of the steel bardo not have obvious effect to the ductility of Steel reinforced recycled concrete beams.Steel reinforced recycled concrete structural has the same Stress performance withSteel reinforced concrete structural.it’s very worthy to extension. |
