Commercial Pedestrian Mall Design Research Under Cultural Oriented

With the development of small cities,commercial pedestrian mall in small cities in full swing construction.It is as an important type of modern commercial space and can able to meet the people’s consumption demand,it aslo has great commercial value and enhance the role of urban connotation,is becoming a new trend of a urban development.Commercial pedestrian mall is reflected not only economic, but also reflect the social and environmental benefits.However,at present there are a phenomenon that many small cities blind construction commercial pedestrian mall,leading to deterioration of the quality of street space environment, regional culture disappeared, the residents of the region and other issues identity collapse, seriously affecting the local historical and cultural heritage.Based on this,in this paper, take small city commercial pedestrian mall in Guanzhong area for the study,take Zhouzhi Yunta Plaza commercial pedestrian mall as an example,through the theory and practice of domestic and foreign-related collation, research and Guanzhong Zhouzhi traditional regional culture of mining, application,and design exploration of the regional culture in Zhouzhi Yunta Plaza,then propose adapted to small cities in Guanzhong area have regional cultural characteristics of commercial pedestrian mall design countermeasures.Paper mainly related small cities in Guanzhong area commercial pedestrian mall of the theory of regional culture, regional culture of mining and applications, design exploration, design measures four aspects expand research.First,extract regional cultural commercial pedestrian mall theory and design related principles and parse then summarize, in order for research to provide theoretical guidance below; Secondly, excavate and finish regional culture in Guanzhong Zhouzhi, combine with domestic and international practice on the application of regional culture, put forward the application of ways about regional culture applies to small cities commercial pedestrian mall in Guanzhong;Again, combine the above theoretical research, extract pedestrianized mall design elements of regional culture, take small city ZhouZhi Yunta Plaza pedestrianized mall as the research object, conduct design exploration of regional culture;Finally, summarize design countermeasures that appropriate to small cities of regiona cultural commercial pedestrian mall.Through this process, I provide an idea for the future regional design in commercial pedestrian mall in small cities of Guanzhong region. And to the regional design in commercial pedestrian mall of other regions, it also has reference sense.
