At present, the governments vigorously promote the research and development ofpure electric vehicles. With the rapid development of pure electric vehicles, how todevelop a high performance of pure motor vehicle to quickly and efficiently has become anew subject.For the development of high-performance pure motor vehicle, its key is that batterytechnology, motor and its control technology, electric vehicle technology and energymanagement technology were developed rapidly. Motor is the core of electric drive system,its performance, efficiency and control technology directly influences the performance ofelectric vehicle. Therefore, in the development of high performance and high efficiencymotors at the same time, the research of its control technology will have an important roleto improve the performance of pure electric vehicles.The traditional PID control, its algorithm is simple, has good robustness and highreliability. Does not depend on the accurate model of the controlled object, we only needto understand the response of the controlled object to design a controller of the traditionalPID control. Therefore, the design method of the traditional PID control is simple,convenient and easy, thereby the traditional PID control is widely used in industrialprocess control. With the wide application of the traditional PID control, its shortcomingsare also increasingly prominent, such as the setting of PID controller parameters. In thepractical application, in virtue of the motor system mechanism is complex, and has thestrong coupling of multiple input and multiple output, time-varying parameters andserious nonlinear, therefore, the motor system is difficult to obtain satisfactory results bythe traditional PID control.At the same time, in the research and development process of pure electric vehicles,with the computer simulation technology, the parameters of each subsystem can bemodified flexibly, each module can be reused, for the of the pure electric vehicle, thus thesimulation model can effectively shorten its research and development cycle, improve itsperformance, and accelerate its research and development and investment its production.Therefore, this paper, take pure electric vehicle as the research object, usingsimulation analysis as the research method, studies the related theories and methods of theincremental PID control algorithm and fuzzy PID control algorithm to control the motordrive system of the pure electric vehicle.In this paper, a comparative study of the driving motors is carried out to provide the basis of the reasonable selection of its type and parameter satisfied the design objective;By the analysis of mathematical model of the driving motor, the torque and motionequations, the voltage equation, the flux equation, and the mathematical model ofthree-phase asynchronous motor of different coordinate system are given. On this basis,the simulation model of the driving motor is established based on the MATLAB/Simulinksimulation platform.At the same time, based on the MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform, thesimulation model of asynchronous motor control system of the pure electric vehicles wasbuilt.Based on the incremental PID control algorithm, the control effect of its applicationto the three-phase asynchronous motor is discussed. At the same time, it is illustrated thatthe incremental PID control algorithm can obviously improve flux rotary quality of thethree-phase asynchronous motor, make its speed, timely follow motor speed regulation ondemand, improves effectively its work efficiency of the click and the dynamiccharacteristic of the motor, and has a good control effect to the three-phase asynchronousmotor.Finally, the simulation models of the motor drive system, battery, motor/controller,energy management and computing systems, vehicle dynamics and other relatedcomponents are built. On this basis, the simulation model of pure electric vehicle isestablished. With the above simulation model, based on the fuzzy PID control algorithm,the control effect of its application to the driving motor is discussed. At the same time, it isdemonstrated that the algorithm can improve the speed following, power and drivingstability, improve the dynamic performance, operational efficiency of the vehicle, and hasa good effect on energy economy.
