Since21th century, there has been rapid development in automotiveindustry as the representative of the domestic manufacturing industry. In2011,China exceeded America and became the biggest manufacturing country in theworld. But behind the glory, the reality is that our country’s productivity is stillquite low, independent innovation is far from enough, enterprises’ gross profitsare still hovering in the low position. While the information technology is alsodeveloping in a high speed, enterprise informationization will be the necessaryroad for the manufacturing enterprise, and only by this will China be the mostpowerful manufacturing country in the future. The thesis is designed to solve the problem in the plant shop of theautomotive manufacturing enterprise which is how to print all kinds ofdifferent sheets which may be required by the manufacturing process ornational standards to the corresponding printers according to the actualrequirement and actual amount timely. This thesis try to solve this program byexploring a printing management manufacturing execution system based onMES concept and Microsoft SOA product BizTalk. This solution will not onlysolve all kinds of problems met in the traditional printing system, but alsomake innovation and breakthrough in both concept and technology. This thesis will first discuss manufacturing execution system andMicrosoft BizTalk to state the progressiveness of the theory and technology. Then, the thesis analyses all kinds of current difficult points and bottlenecks bystudying the current printing on site system. Combine with the actual businessrequirement from the plant shop, the thesis finishes the requirementdevelopment. In the process of architecture design, the thesis stresses on thedesign of the non functional requirements, including system responsivenessand system availability. In the construct phase, the thesis focuses on therealization of the non-functional requirements, and finally in the pilot phase, the thesis notes down all the system tuning process and best practice with thesystem.
