Combined compressor rotor is the main structure form of the present turbo-shaft enginecompressor, so it has the important research value. This paper established the surrogate model-geneticoptimization method and the optimization strategy from the components to the overall. Research onthe optimization about the combined compressor rotor structure strength, obtain a new combinedcompressor rotor structure with a lighter weight and more uniform stress distribution. At the sametime, this paper carried out a sensitivity analysis of the optimal design variable on the impact of theweight and state variables. The content of this paper mainly include the following:(1) Carry out the numerical simulation technology research about the combined compressor rotorstructural strength. Establish the parameters geometry model of the combined compressor rotor withthree axial flow and a centrifugal structure; Achieve a seamless connection on the parameters betweenthe geometric model and finite element model; Using the cyclic symmetric structure achieve theheat-solid coupling strength analysis and calculate automatically; And the combined compressor rotorstructure vibration modal analysis and vibration check; The analysis concluded that the combinedcompressor rotor model meet the requirements of the strength check criteria, structural safety andreliability, structure does not resonate in the normal operating speed.(2) Study the research on optimization analysis method about the combined compressor rotorstructural strength. Based on the establishment of optimization analysis model agent model andgenetic algorithm are combined to establish the surrogate model-genetic optimization method whichcan optimize combined compressor rotor structural strength; Achieve the hot-solid coupling strengthoptimization analysis processes based on the ANSYS Workbench platform. Put forward theoptimization analysis strategy from the components to the overall, the results proved that thisoptimization strategy is reasonable and also has convenient and high efficiency advantages.(3) Study the research on optimization analysis about the combined compressor rotor. Under agiven load condition, respectively study optimization analysis about the three axial and a centrifugalof the combined compressor rotor structure and obtain a new combined compressor rotor structurewith a lighter weight and more uniform stress distribution. Meanwhile, further study on the sensitivityof the optimal design variables on the impact of the objective function and the state variables.
