| With the rapid social and economic development and the dramatic urbanized procession,the number of urban motor vehicles has also increased dramatical ly,Many Chinese cities are severely suffering from the traffic congestions.It’s also very important aspects to improve transport efficiency,in addition to traffic demand and increasing transport facilities.Under the present traffic condition,the advanced traffic signal control technology is an effective way to alleviate traffic jams and improve the traffic efficiency.Urban road traffic volume mostly concentrated in the morning,at noon and in the evening.It happens to be the residents to work and students to and from school during the period,Intersection traffic volume reached the peak.However,traffic volume is relatively small from0:00to6:00.Additionally,the traffic volume at Intersection may generate a lot of fluctuation in the same time slot every day or every week on the same day,Which may be called robustness.Therefore,the traffic volume at Intersection shows obvious unevenness at time distribution.Firstly,some of the common problems of the Design of Control System is described in detail in this paper,the concept of robustness is proposed,and the basic problem of the robust control theory is explained,then make the in-depth analysis of traffic characteristics and traffic flow characteristics of signal controlled intersections.Secondly, the basic concept of urban road signal controlled intersections of phase and phase sequence design is introduced, and explains its importance. Make the analysis of set condition and determine form of left-turn protected phase and left-turn licensed phase, which is combined the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The flowchart of left-turn protected phase and left-turn licensed phase is established. Simultaneously, the determine form of right-turn protected phase and right-turn licensed phase is analyzed. Then make a summary and conclusion for phase program selected and release order of motor vehicle and non-motor vehicle.Then, as a precondition to optimize the phase and phase sequence design. For the inhomogeneity and volatility of the urban road intersections traffic volume arrives, the urban road intersection, multi-objective robust optimization timing model is proposed in this paper. The model is based on the average delay and total delay shortest, traffic capacity and standard deviation of the delay minimum, as effective green time, cycle time and queue length for the constraint condition,to optimize the timing scheme of the signal controlled intersection.Genetic Algorithms is used to solve the model.Finally, taking the signalized intersection in the district Bengbu as an example,applying the theory and method studied in this thesis,the intersection of Tushan road and Gongnong road is carried on concrete traffic design. The results show that multi-objective robust optimization timing model can effectively reduce the average vehicle delay and maximum delay. In other words, the program can avoid queuing too long or green time wasting, even though the traffic volume generate relatively large fluctuations. |
