In recent years, with the development of economy and technology, high performanceconcrete frame-wall structure has been widely used in high-rise building structure, but dueto the brittleness of high performance concrete use is severely restricted. High performanceconcrete frame-wall structure based seismic design method, can be a good solution to thehigh performance concrete frame-wall structure with high strength and deformationcapacity of poor contradictions, for the expansion of high performance concrete frame-wall,has important theoretical significance and practical value. Based seismic design is based onthe performance of seismic design is one important way, based seismic design method ismore promising because of its ideas clear, simple method, a seismic design method.This paper studies the high performance concrete frame-wall structure based seismicdesign method. First, summed up the high performance concrete and frame-wall structureand application of seismic design thinking course of development. Several methods basedon displacement of seismic design and frame-wall structure is directly determined based onthe displacement of the seismic design performance goals. Secondly, the analysis of thedeformation characteristics of frame-wall structure under horizontal loads derived structuralformula of the target displacement, and an example to verify the feasibility of the formula.Then, high performance concrete frame-wall structure based seismic design method basicideas, including design methods, the determination of the relevant parameters in the designas well as specific design steps. The use of direct displacement based seismic designmethod of a10-story high performance concrete frame-wall structure design, and the useof SAP2000Pushover analysis. Finally, summed up the difference and connection withconventional seismic design method based on the displacement of the seismic designmethod, providing designers with some reference.
