With the rapid development of economy,the ownership of car is continuouslygrowing, the traffic safety problem which caused by it is increasingly obvious.Especially, the rollover accident which caused by concrete mixer truck brought greatproperty damage and serious threat to people,therefore,concrete mixer vehicle rolloverwaring technology research is very necessary for the prevention or suppression ofrollover accidents.According to its structure and operation features of concrete stirring transportvehicle,this paper establishes a mixing truck side of three degrees of freedom dynamicRollover Model,and analyzes the critical state under different working conditions,which concluded that the main factors of affecting transport vehicle rolloveragitation.Through various sensors to data acquisition and in-vehicle systems based onGPS, navigation digital map,GIS and mobile communication technology method accesspath parameters to calculate the rollover-warning threshold, and comparing the actualvehicle speed from sensor with the threshold,by comparison between them to makedifferent early waring systems of early warning signals.In order to achieve the rollover warning function, the article respectively designhardware and software components of rollover warning system. The hardware part usesTMS320LF2407A DSP as the master control chip of system, and designs the powermodules,various types of sensor data acquisition module,voice alarm module and GPSmodules;Software mainly designs the system initialization program, I/O subroutine,A/Dsubroutine and warning subprogram.Finally,the reliability of the system from theaspects of hardware,software,and the printed circuit board is analyzed and designed.Through the analysis and design of the rollover warning system,when the concretemixing truck are potentially dangerous and the driver is not easy to detect,warning chipwill send a signal,the driver take measured to curb the rollover accidents,so as toimprove the running safety of the mixing transport vehicle.
