| The huge forces are passed on to the main girder of the Cable-stayed bridge beams by the ear-plate anchorage structure. the structures are complicated, and stresses are concentration. Especially for the anchorage zones, they are directly affecting the security of the cable-stayed bridge, and become one of the most important parts when people design cable-stayed bridge. Ear plate connection is a common form for this part, we use an example of the Fen Fangwan bridge in Chongqing to show the rational way of design anchorage zone of the ear plate in model, we take the test and combine the finite element theoretical method to analysis, we mainly studies the ear plate anchorage zone:stress distribution, force transformation path and fatigue performance. Firstly we use finite element softwareto build the ear plate anchorage zone space model, and then the we do some static analysis and fatigue analysis; With reference to the other bridges and combined with the traffic of Jiangjin, we set the test load of Fen Fangwan bridge; Then set the solution static test and fatigue test through finite element analysis results for the bridge. Finally, we compare with national standard calculation results and evaluation the ear plate type cable anchorage area’s security and reliability.Static analysis results show that the stress of the ear-plate is greater than otherplate stress, the ear-plate Mises stress extreme area is located in both sides of the pin hole of cable, roughly symmetrical; Members of the anchorage zone of high stress in the local area numerical, and there is the phenomenon of stress concentration, but it proliferation fast and Stress transfer smoothly, Meet the capacity requirements. Finite element analysis of fatigue, ear plate anchorage zone of the use coefficient is less than1, and according to fatigue states bridge specification requirements, in the allowable fatigue stress amplitude range, Fatigue strength meet the requirements. The analysis of a more reliable evaluation on the security ofthe Fen Fangwan Bridge ear plate anchorage zone. Provide design and construction basis for future use of the ear plate anchorage of cable-stayed bridge. |
